The Sand
Casting Process

Ideal for Demanding and 
Core-Intensive Components

In the sand casting process, we work with a so-called “lost mold”: the mold is created anew from sand for each casting. This provides significant advantages for core-intensive and geometrically complex designs.
Unlike reusable metallic dies, this technique allows for high flexibility and exceptional detail accuracy.

Even intricate structures and highly complex internal cavities can be produced in a single casting step.
