Using the whistleblowing system is voluntary.
The system is not intended to replace regular communication channels but is meant solely for reporting serious suspected violations of the law or for cases in which special confidentiality must be ensured. Reports may also be submitted anonymously.
Please note that reports lacking sufficiently specific and concrete information cannot be processed for legal reasons.
Be aware that knowingly submitting false reports or defamatory statements may result in legal consequences. This does not apply to reports submitted in good faith that later turn out to be unfounded.
